14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Product received is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• Product is unopened and unused and you wish to request an exchange.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, our team will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Important Note

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
